Complete series of four tealights depicting the four seasons, by Mucha. These were issued by Goebel in 2000. Each tealight is signed on the bottom with 'Goebel’ - ‘Artis Orbis’ -’Mucha’ - ‘Mucha Trust’ - ‘VG Bild-Kunst , Bonn 2000’ - Name of the season. Each tealight depicts a season and is decorated with a wonderfully dressed lady. This is one of the cherished topics of Alfons Mucha. A Czech artist that became famous in the early 20th century for his typically styled portraits of lovely clad women in various seasons.
