This high-end preamplifier was made in Japan during the golden age of hi-fi. Nowadays it is a collector’s item. The DENON PRA-1500 was DENONS flagship preamp. It sounds majestically and it’s got all you need:
- phono input with both MM and MC
- balanced XLR outputs
- ‘normal’ CINCH / RCA
- subwoofer output
- excellent headphone amp
- variable loudness, bass, treble & subsonic filter with by pass option
- illuminated volume button
Both externally and technically in excellent condition. The photos are a part of the description. I lost the remote, but you won’t need it. Can be tested & picked up in Utrecht, the Netherlands, or will be shipped carefully packaged.
According to DENON this amp sounds best in combination with the DENON POA-2400, which is also offered on this website now.
