Mercedes-Benz - Gazelle (1929 SSK) Convertibile - 1989
Don’t miss the opportunity to become the new owner of this Mercedes Gazelle tribute car (SSK from 1929) REPLICA.
The Mercedes-Benz SSK was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in 1929. The car is based on the Mercedes-Benz S.
Of the 33 SSK cars built, about half were intended for racing.
Over the years, many cars have suffered accidents or have been dismantled for spare parts, which is why today there are only a few completely original SSKs left. One of the cars is located at the Lowman Museum.
Another unit, originally built for Count Trossi in Italy, is now owned by Ralph Lauren.
Since getting an original Mercedes SSK is virtually impossible, several SSK tribute cars like this one have been built.
This SSK tribute is in order, technically well maintained, with small signs of wear and tear of time, but nothing serious; the car starts immediately, brakes correctly and shifts smoothly.
Interior in very good condition, the soft top is complete with the two side covers and the soft top cover, the kilometres on the odometer are 3,861 but I don’t think they are real.
Soft top and covers in good condition, chassis in good condition, the body is in fibreglass, so it has no rust.
This vehicle is located in San Salvo, in the province of Chieti, where it can be viewed and picked up. The costs for the change of ownership or the deregistration for export are at buyer’s charge.
