Una cuvée in cui la potenza del pinot noir si unisce alla generosità dello chardonnay, con il pinot meunier che armonizza la bevuta. Questo Champagne Brut “Majeur”, della Maison Ayala, riposa in bottiglia per oltre due anni e mezzo. Vivace e scattante, è ricco di freschezza e di note fruttate, e ha un basso dosaggio zuccherino per cui si presta a essere sorseggiato durante le più svariate occasioni. È la bandiera di rappresentanza della cantina Ayala.
