Laurent Perrier La Cuvée Brut - Champagne - 1 Mathusalem (6,0 L)

The Laurent-Perrier Cuvée is a champagne of great finesse and purity, perfect for an aperitif.

It is a champagne in which there is a high proportion of chardonnays (53%), which bring purity and freshness. For the assembly, only the best musts of the cuvée are used (i.e. only 80% of the juice extracted during pressing). At the majority of Chardonnay, 33% of Pinot Noir and 14% of Pinot Meunier are married. More than 55 vintages are used in the composition of this brut champagne, a blend in which the house of Laurent-Perrier 25% of reserve wines from previous harvests in order to preserve and perpetuate the house style.
