Frantoio Gaudenzi, 1950 - Extra virgin olive oil - 2 - 5 litri

The eldest son of grandfather Vittorio, this oil was born with his mill. Obviously it’s name was Olio Gaudenzi, but after so many years of history we decided to give a new face to this historical oil. So here is the label 1950, date of birth of Frantoio Gaudenzi.
1950 is a blend that uses all the varieties available in the farm, with different percentages from year to year, in order to get the product we have in mind. The olives are harvested strictly after November 2nd, as per tradition. The resulting oil is balanced, of medium intensity and with strong notes of sweet almond.
