The extra virgin olive oil Macciano Umbria DOP is obtained from the olives of Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and San Felice varieties, harvested at the right varietal ripening. The extraction is immediate with a modern continuous loop system, where the producer Claudia Pompilj gives the utmost attention to every stage of the processing. The entire production process is certified by DOP Umbria - Colli Martani, to protect the quality and respect the values of Oro di Giano. This oil is produced in a limited number of 1500 bottles per year.
