Very nice railroad regulator, handmade.
The bronze case makes this wristwatch really beautiful to look at.
Its very solid side offers a good grip with the hand.
Manufactured in the 1910s, it has lost none of its style or appeal.
The circumference of the case and 2 lids are made of polished steel and bear almost no traces, except on the bottom back where the steel has been oxidised (see photos).
The rest of the case in engraved bronze gives this wristwatch a truly extremely fine appearance; winder and ring shank, also in bronze.
A third glass cover protects the mechanism.
The movement works very well because it has been serviced and oiled by my watchmaker.
Reserve time 36 hours.
The lids (4) open and close tightly.
The white enamelled dial bears the "Chronometer" markings,
anti magnetic and in the centre an extremely fine locomotive of the time.
The numbers 1 to 24 in red and 1 to 12 in black on a very fine green enamel background with gold-plated borders.
The needles are made of blued steel.
The second hand is shifted above 6.
The crystal has no scratches.
Case diameter 6.9 cm, 8.8 cm with winder, 9.5 cm in total,
and 1.7 cm of thickness.
The wristwatch weighs about 200 g.
Unfortunately supplied without case or paper.
The photos prove the condition of the wristwatch as much as possible.
I have tried to be as honest as possible so that you will be as satisfied as possible when you arrive.
