Citroen Traction Avant 15CV six-cylinder, very rare 1955 with the hydraulic suspension, near original condition with known history from new. You will not find many for sale and if you do, definitely not in this condition.
Sold new in Finland and has had 12 owners to date, the current owner originally owned the car for a short period between 1965-1967, he then bought it back in 2011. The photo with the man standing next to the car is him in 1965.
The condition of the car is great, throughout its life it has only had a respray on the outside (inside areas original paint) and a small bit of welding to the bottom area of one of the front wheel wells. Other than that, it is in original condition, the interior has never been touched and is the same as when it left the factory.
Mechanically everything is working as it should, engine always starts with just a few pumps of the petrol pump first. It has always been driven in the summers to keep things in working order, this car is guaranteed to turn heads wherever it goes. The speedometer is showing just over 10000km, from the information that I have and have been told, it has driven 110000km.
Very rare model not to be mistaken for the cheaper versions. Apparently, there were only around 800 pieces of the 15CV produced, not sure how many like this one with the unique hydraulic self-levelling rear suspension.
