I am selling this Montblanc number 344 from the fifties. The pen's nib, which is the very rare KOB* (for Kugel Oblique Broad), is made from 14 carat solid gold. The pen looks good (with some signs of use), the piston mechanism works and it writes well of course (see pictures). Quoting from the glossary section of the Reference Info area on Richard Binder's website (http://www.richardpens.com): "A nib whose tip is hemispherical in shape so that it remains smooth and skip-free throughout a wide range of rotations and angles of elevation.
