Two sided circa 1838-1850 hand carved cookie/butter molds,11 figures. The antique wooden molds containing images of one of the early steam locomotive the North Star and first oceanliners side-wheel paddle between USA and England steamship probably the SS Great Western.
Both first in use in the year 1838,by the great Western Railway&Steamship Company.
The images are;locomotive,side padle ship,church,fishing boat,sledge,chicken in basket,sheep,donkey,ram.
Steam ship=A side wheel paddle steamship probably the first built transatlantic steam ship (by Brunel) the SS Great Western first voyage 1838.
Steam locomotive=This early type was designed for the great Western railway; type North Star first voyage June 1838 (by Brunel) between New York,Amerika&Bristol,England.
On The side of the molds two copper hinges.
