The Omega Medicus was the first Omega watch with a central seconds hand which made it much easier to read. This feature made the watch very popular for medical staff to accurately measure pulses. This watch is very rare to find. The dial is all original and has aged in a beautiful way. The famous 23.4sc movement runs smoothley and keeps time. There are some scratches on the case and glass, and the back-side of the watch has some dents. The gold markings on the watchcase have worn down a bit. The watchcase is 14krt. The diameter of the watch is 33mm. excluding the crown. The watch comes on a very old black lizard-skin (or lizard-type) strap. The length of the watch with strap is 23 cm.
