Cow heads by Tineke Schuurmans is a work consisting of 6 pictures.
4 x 28.5 x 41.5 cm
2 x 28.5 x 28.5 cm
Pictures are on acrylic with a white background which gives a shadow/three-dimensional effect.
Tineke Schuurmans makes us look differently, at what we eat, how we dress, at our relationship with the nature we come from, in which we return, but which we hide as much as possible during our daily life. There's no morality at work, or a raised finger. She observes, allows herself to be seduced by what she sees and passes it on in layers. Always bearing the consequence of what she notices. “The one leads to the other. I've been quite observant so far. But it's time to participate. The next step is what do you do with your observations?”
