A lovely deep Chinese porcelain saucer in absolute mint condition! With a central decoration of four ruyi shaped heads decorated with four chinese characters in a charming underglaze blue. round the ruyi ash eggs and flowers. In the border eight ruyi heads, decorated with endless knots. The backside is also nicely decorated with continuous lotus flowers. Handcrafted in ancient China during the first half of the Ming dynasty, most likely Xuande period. Excellent colours, heap and pile effects and remnants of the baking proces in the kiln visible in the glaze.
Condition: This object is in absolute mint condition with some minor wear. Without any damages and restorations. The condition is carefully checked with strong UV-light and bright translucent white light.
